Now in it’s 11th successful year, The Muhtadi International Drumming Festival is organized & operated by the tireless efforts of WONDERFUL VOLUNTEERS! We simply could not exist without the hard work, dedication and commitment of incredible people like you!

Below are general descriptions of VOLUNTEER DUTIES & TIMES. We are also looking for flexible volunteers who are able to commit to floating between duties. Specific duties/time-slots are nearly filled so we are now looking mostly for flexible volunteers who are able to commit to floating between duties. Please specify your available day(s), time(s), duty-preference (we’ll do our best!).
Now looking mostly for FLEXIBLE volunteers able to float easily between duties:
Set-up: (starting @ 8am BOTH DAYS)
General park maintenance + ongoing park-grounds garbage pick-up: BOTH DAYS (anytime 10am-10pm)
Marshals to direct traffic: BOTH DAYS (anytime 10am-10pm)
Stage-hands: BOTH DAYS (anytime 10am-10pm)
Clean-up: BOTH DAYS (until at least 10pm)
Tear-down + clean-up: SUNDAY (8pm to at-least 10pm… most likely later)
